This step is carried out when the customer makes the payment and, if applicable, returns containers; we call this procedure processing the order. To do this, we must follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the Orders module on the Yaku platform:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"365\" src=\"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Q6z1-nVcFN-1024x365.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-90\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Q6z1-nVcFN-980x349.jpg 980w, https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Q6z1-nVcFN-480x171.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Go to the last column of the order you want to process and you will see a blue button that says &#8220;Action&#8221;. A new window will open with all the order information for confirmation. Here you will find the date and time of the order, the corresponding products, the amounts to be paid, and the containers to be returned:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"552\" src=\"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VF2rx1Skro-1024x552.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-94\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VF2rx1Skro-980x528.png 980w, https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VF2rx1Skro-480x259.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. If necessary, the administrator can modify the order or add stock. Select the payment method that the customer will use to pay for the order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4. In the &#8220;Pay debt&#8221; field, select &#8220;No&#8221; if the customer has no previous debts or only wants to pay for the current order. If you select &#8220;Yes&#8221; in the &#8220;Pay debt&#8221; field, the system will automatically add the amount of the current order and the amounts of previous debts. Register the containers to be returned. In the additional field, the total number of containers that the customer must return for that order will be shown. The delivery person, either at the plant or on the route, must click on &#8220;Process&#8221; to finalize the order.
