{"id":1352,"date":"2024-07-08T20:07:27","date_gmt":"2024-07-09T01:07:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/sin-categorizar\/how-to-create-orders-by-zones\/"},"modified":"2026-01-05T19:32:17","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T00:32:17","slug":"how-to-create-orders-by-zones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/en\/system-modules\/deliveries\/how-to-create-orders-by-zones\/","title":{"rendered":"How to create orders by zones?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To schedule a route, it&#8217;s very useful to create orders by zones<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Prior to this procedure, it is necessary to <a href=\"https:\/\/yaku.tawk.help\/article\/como-asociar-clientes-a-zonas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">have created a zone<\/a> with its respective customers and <a href=\"https:\/\/yaku.tawk.help\/article\/como-crear-un-reparto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">have an active delivery<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The first step is to go to the Deliveries module and then to the Delivery List tab. In the <strong>active<\/strong> Delivery, we will go to the Action button located on the right. Once there, we click on the Create orders by zones option:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"412\" src=\"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/P0heU9WAdP-1024x412.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-209\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/P0heU9WAdP-980x394.png 980w, https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/P0heU9WAdP-480x193.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Once in this window, we will choose the Zone in which we want to create the Orders, and then click on Generate Orders:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"362\" src=\"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/ik10g7TWO8-1024x362.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/ik10g7TWO8-980x346.png 980w, https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/ik10g7TWO8-480x170.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(The selected zone will only show active customers in that zone)<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will take us to the Deliveries module where we can see that a series of blank Orders have been created for the customers in the zone, which we can fill in depending on the customer&#8217;s needs. You can sort your orders by clicking the top button and then dragging and dropping the orders in the table to the desired position.
