{"id":1371,"date":"2024-07-08T17:31:36","date_gmt":"2024-07-08T22:31:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/sin-categorizar\/how-to-create-a-product\/"},"modified":"2026-01-05T19:32:39","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T00:32:39","slug":"how-to-create-a-product","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/en\/getting-started-guide\/how-to-create-a-product\/","title":{"rendered":"How to create a product?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">In this tutorial, we will learn how to create Products in Yaku:<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">Types of Products in Yaku<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#3a3a3a;font-size:16px\">Before we begin, it&#8217;s important to clarify the difference between a <strong>Returnable Product<\/strong> and a <strong>Non-Returnable Product<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4\" style=\"color:#3a3a3a;font-size:16px\"><strong>Returnable Products: <\/strong>These are products where the container is reusable and can be returned to the plant. This allows customers to make an initial purchase of the Product along with the container, and in subsequent purchases, they only buy the Product, reusing the Container in what we call a Refill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul style=\"color:#787878\" class=\"wp-block-list has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6\" style=\"color:#3a3a3a;font-size:16px\"><strong>Non-Returnable Products:<\/strong> These are products that are not expected to be returned. In this case, it should be marked as Non-Returnable in the system, as there is no Container that needs to be returned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">Steps to create a Product<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#3a3a3a;font-size:16px\"><strong>1. <\/strong>Go to the &#8220;Products&#8221; module, click on it, and a dropdown list will appear. There, select &#8220;Product List&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"411\" src=\"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/LtkV9dFinC-1024x411.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-166\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/LtkV9dFinC-980x393.jpg 980w, https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/LtkV9dFinC-480x193.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#3a3a3a;font-size:16px\"><strong>2. <\/strong>You will be taken to the &#8220;Products&#8221; page, where you can view the list of all your already created Products, as well as add new ones if needed. The system allows you to register two prices:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-13 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>&#8211; In-Store Price:<\/strong> This is the price of the product when it&#8217;s purchased for the first time, within the company&#8217;s premises. For this, you will have the following fields available:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-17 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>&#8211; In-Store Refill Price:<\/strong> The price of the returnable product when purchased in refill mode, that is, for the second time, and within the company&#8217;s premises (in-plant).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-18 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>&#8211; Home Delivery Refill Price:<\/strong> The price of the returnable product when purchased in refill mode, that is, for the second time, through delivery or distribution.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-19 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">    <strong>  6.2.  <\/strong>If your product is non-returnable, the refill price fields will be deactivated, so you don&#8217;t need to worry about them. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-20 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>7.<\/strong> Select from the list of containers the one that will be associated with your returnable product. If we haven&#8217;t created the container yet, you can see the tutorial.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"474\" src=\"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/scdscdjkc-1024x474.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-802\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/scdscdjkc-980x453.png 980w, https:\/\/help.yaku.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/scdscdjkc-480x222.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-21 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#3a3a3a;font-size:16px\"><strong>8.<\/strong> Indicate if the product will be available for sale and\/or for delivery by activating the corresponding boxes for &#8220;Available for Delivery&#8221; and &#8220;Active&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-22 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#3a3a3a;font-size:16px\"><strong>&#8211; Available for Delivery:<\/strong> Means that the product is available for sale through delivery. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-23 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>&#8211; Active:<\/strong> Means that a product is available for sale in general, whether in-plant or through delivery.
