How does the “Action” option work in the sales module?

Within “Action” you will find a list of everything you can do with your sale. It’s worth noting that a sale is equivalent to a delivered order.

Notify the delivery person

* This option will only appear if the delivery is through a delivery person. If it’s through the plant, this option will not appear in your order.

When selecting this option, the following popup will appear:

Here you will click on “YES” if you want to send the order via WhatsApp or “NO” otherwise. If you select “YES”, the following tab will open.

After selecting “Go to chat”, you just need to send the automatically written message.

Print order

When selecting this option, the following popup will appear:

Here you can choose two types of printing:

– Ticket:

– A4:

View products

When selecting this option, the following page will appear, where you can view a guide of the products in that delivered order:

View statuses

When selecting this option, the following page will appear, where you can view a guide of the statuses of that delivered order:

Delete

When selecting this option, the following popup will appear:

Where you will click on “YES” if you want to delete the delivered order or “NO” otherwise. If you select “YES”, you will see the following confirmation.
