In this tutorial, we show you what important information you will find in the daily branch report with the Yaku.app water delivery software
To access the daily report, you must click on the Reports module, where a window with three sections will appear:
a) Delivered products
In this section, you can find the quantity of products delivered in the orders within the plant, as well as the type of order, whether it was a “sale” or “refill”; in the blue button “view products by price”, you can find the price of each of the delivered products, separated according to the special price that each customer has.
b) Monetary summary
In this section, you can find information related to the total sales, credit sales, collected sales, collected debts, income, expenses, and the balance of the day; in the blue button “view operations”, you can find a detail of each of the actions performed during that day, with their respective amount.
c) Orders
In this section, you can find detailed information about the orders that have already been delivered, as well as pending ones and those that were canceled for various reasons.
Finally, you will see the date for which the report is being searched in the upper left corner, and in the upper right corner, a button to print the report according to what is considered necessary.
