To ensure adequate and efficient access to our functions, we have established different levels of privileges according to the role of each user. Below, we present a brief description of the privileges assigned to each type of user:
Administrator:
- Access to all modules
- Access to update the company’s plan
- Administrators have full access to all system functions.
- They can manage users, settings, and make changes at a global level.
- They have the ability to modify and supervise all activities on the platform.
Delivery Person:
- Access to create orders via mobile app
- Access to process orders via mobile app
- Access to create customers via mobile app.
- Delivery personnel have privileges focused on managing deliveries and routes.
- They can access information on pending and assigned orders.
- They have the ability to update delivery status in real-time.
Warehouse Manager:
- Access to the Warehouse module
- Access to the Production module
- Warehouse managers have specific privileges related to inventory and storage management.
- They can add, update, and delete products in the inventory.
- They have access to functions related to logistics and stock control.
Sales Representative:
- Access to create orders.
- Access to assign orders.
- Access to edit orders.
- Access to delete orders.
- Access to process orders.
- Access to sales reports.
Accountant
- Access to list of accounting operations
- Creation, editing, and deletion of accounting operations.
- Access to sales reports
Access to functionalities
It’s worth mentioning the following exceptions:
- The Administrator type user can enter via mobile app or the System.
- The Delivery Person type user can only log in from the Mobile App.
- The Warehouse Manager type user can only log in from the Web App.
- The Sales Representative type user can only log in from the Web App.
- The Accountant type user can only log in from the Web App.
