How to process an order from the mobile app?

In this tutorial, we teach how to process an order assigned from the office using our mobile application.

  1. To process an Order from the app, an order needs to be assigned to the Delivery Person. Once the Delivery is assigned, the Delivery Person will see the details of the Order to be delivered on the main screen, including address, phone number, products, and amounts. The Delivery Person should click on “Process”:

2. A confirmation window for the Order will appear with its respective date and time, and the quantities to be delivered. You can also modify these quantities if necessary, as well as view a summary with the Order details. You can even “Add products”. Once the order’s conformity is established, click on “Continue” to proceed with the process:

3. A summary of the current order will appear, including any outstanding debt, payment methods to be used, and payment details. Click on “Process” to complete the process:
