How does the “action” option work in the orders module?

Within “Action” you will find a list of everything you can do with your order.

These options are:

Process order

Here you can process a pending order in the following way:

First, you must click on the “Process order” option

Then this popup will appear:

In this popup, you can do the following:

– Order number

– Customer description

– Description of the product type, quantity, unit price, subtotal, and available stock.

* It’s worth noting that in this part you can edit the unit price and the quantity of the product depending on the stock you have.

– The total amount to charge

– Add products and Continue

. Añadir productos:

Here you can add more products to the sale. When selecting “Add products” the following popup will appear:

In this popup, you can choose what type of product (New, Recharges, and packages) will be added to the sale. Then just click on the “ADD TO SALE” button and the product will be added.

When you click on “Continue” the following popup will appear:

This popup will have the following descriptions and functionalities:

– Order number

– Customer description

– Total order amount

– Previous customer debts

– Payment method: These can be Cash or Card

– Payment details: Here you can view and edit the amount with which the customer will pay or leave on credit.

Once you are satisfied with the order process, to execute the order just press the “PROCESS” button. Then a confirmation will appear that the order has been processed correctly.

This order will go to the Sales module as a Delivered Order. It will appear at the top of the list.

Cancel an order

Here you can cancel a pending order in the following way:

First, you must click on the “Cancel order” option

Then the following popup will appear:

Where you will click “YES” if you want to cancel that order or “NO” otherwise, if you select “YES” the following confirmation will appear:

Notify the delivery person

* This option will only appear if the delivery is through a delivery person. If it’s through the plant, this option will not appear in your order.

When selecting this option, the following popup will appear:

Here you will click on “YES” if you want to send the order via WhatsApp or “NO” otherwise. If you select “YES”, the following tab will open.

After selecting “Go to chat”, you just need to send the automatically written message.

Print order

When selecting this option, the following popup will appear:

Here you can choose two types of printing:

– Ticket:

– A4:

View products

When selecting this option, the following page will appear, where you can view a guide of the products for that pending order:

Order statuses

When selecting this option, the following page will appear, where you can view a guide of the statuses for that pending order:

Edit

When selecting this option, the following page will appear, where you can edit the order fields in a similar way as in Add orders, with the only difference being that you cannot change the customer:

Delete

When selecting this option, the following popup will appear:

Where you will click “YES” if you want to delete the canceled order or “NO” otherwise, if you select “YES” you will see the following confirmation.
