In this tutorial, we will learn how to import orders to Yaku.app. Follow the steps below:
1. Go to the “Orders” module on the platform.

2. Click the “Import” button

3. A form will open with the steps to follow to import the orders you want in bulk. Read the instructions carefully and follow them:
Step 1 – Download template
– Download the template file using the “Download” button.

– There you will obtain an Excel file named “orders”, which we have created for you to input all the information for all the orders you want to upload to Yaku
(you can find this file in the folder designated for downloads on your computer; when opening the file, you must enable editing)

– Fill each cell with the respective data for that order for that column. If you have doubts about any information, you can go back to point 3. On the main screen of “import orders”, you will have information about each specific column
– To obtain the customer code, go to the customers module and check the first column called “cod.” for code.

– To obtain the delivery code, go to the deliveries module, in the “delivery list” section, and check the first column called “cod.” for code.

– When the file contains all the information for all the orders, save it to apply the changes to the file.
Step 2 – Upload file(s)
– Go to the folder where the file is and with a sustained click, drag the file to the file upload box. If you have dragged the file correctly, you will see a blue box with the file’s size and name.

– Then press the “upload” button to indicate to the system to start the process of importing the order information loaded in the Excel file.

Step 3 – Import file(s)
At this step, the files have already been imported and you will see a confirmation from the system that the orders have been successfully imported

Finally, go back and check the list of orders to verify that they have been successfully imported.
